As part of seeking to make the vision a reality, prayer has to be at the heart of what we do as a church. Therefore, there will be a monthly prayer meeting usually held on the first Friday of the month. The next Prayer Evening will be on Friday 6th June from 6pm to 8pm. We invite you to take part in this way as it says in James 5:16 that, “the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” People are invited to drop in and pray at the church or at the hall during this time for a period or the whole time. Take away packs will be provided on the Sunday before, so that people praying from home can use the packs. Let us take up this initiative with boldness and offer our prayers up to God. |

On Sunday 1st June, we will be sharing with the other churches in our villages for a united service at Histon Baptist Church at 11am. The service will focus on the theme of prayer. The service will be held in the church and there will also be an opportunity to visit different rooms in the church which will be set up to focus on different prayer themes. During the service, there will also be activities running for the children as well. |
