Please remember in prayer:
The Messy Church event on 29th November.  There were over seventy people who attended the first event in September, so let us pray for continued success in this new initiative.
The various Christmas events being held by all the churches so that the true meaning of Christmas will be heard by many people.
The Band, Connect Fellowship Singers and collectors who are very busy over the Christmas period with their ministry to people and places in the local area. 

Captain’s Rest Day:
Captains Paul & Louise day off has now changed to Saturday.
 
Farewell to Divisional Youth Officer
Lieutenant Shawn Moye, who has served as the Divisional Youth Officer for the last seven years has now moved to become the commanding officer of The
Salvation Army in Walthamstow, London.  Shawn did a tremendous work with the young people of the division to which we are very grateful.

New Divisional Childrens’ Officer
Major Michelle Woodhouse has been appointed as the new Divisional Children’s Officer for the Anglia Division. 

Winter Fayre:
A big thank you to Julie Carmichael and her team of helpers for hosting the successful Winter Fayre on the 15th November.  The event was well attended and there was over£250 raised from the sale.

Nominated Charity For The Carol Service
Each year there is a collection taken during the Carol Service for a nominated charity.  This year the charity chosen is CAMTRUST which is based in Impington.   Camtrust is a Cambridge based charity specialising in further education, tutorng Adults with disabilities. Christmas Post Box
The Christmas Post Box is now available for you to put in your Christmas Cards to church members.  Please note that all cards need to be in by
Saturday 20th December. 

Weekly Activities – Christmas Break
All church weekly activities will be stopping for the Christmas break from Wednesday 17th December and will resume again from Monday 5th January.
